Who we are

What began as a shared vision between my wife Andrea, my mother-in-law Martha Sujevich, and myself has grown into one of Southwest Florida’s most exciting and fast-rising vacation rental companies: Dream Holiday Stays, formerly known as Naples Dream Vacation Rentals.

When I first moved to Florida from Australia in 2016, I began my real estate journey under the guidance of Martha, a successful local Realtor. With her mentorship and my passion for properties, I became a licensed Realtor, a Broker and a Certified International Property Specialist. Today, I’m proud to lead our newly rebranded company, managing a growing portfolio of vacation homes throughout the area. As we expand into Bonita Springs, Marco Island, and beyond, we remain committed to helping homeowners succeed and travelers create unforgettable vacation memories.

In 2020, we launched with just three properties and a simple mission: to create the kind of travel experience we personally love, relaxing, elegant, and thoughtfully personalized. This vision continues to guide everything we do.

Andrea and I have traveled to over 60 countries, and our love for global cultures is reflected in the details of each property we manage. From Bali-inspired touches and boutique European aesthetics to the classic comfort of American coastal style, our homes offer a unique blend of international charm and local luxury.

 

Our portfolio now includes more than 40 vacation rentals across the Naples area, from beachfront condos and romantic hideaways to spacious, family-friendly retreats. We manage every property with care and dedication, treating our clients’ investments as if they were our own. Each stay is designed to reflect the natural beauty of Southwest Florida, while offering the curated design, elevated comfort, and five-star service of a boutique hotel.

Together, Andrea and I bring a global perspective to our work, having lived in Colombia, Australia, England, and now long-time residents of Naples. Andrea and Martha are also co-founders of Express Languages, a boutique language school based here in town. Our shared passion for design, culture, and connection fuels everything we do, across both of our businesses.
