This condo was perfect for our stay in Naples. Communication with Josh was excellent, he answered every question very quickly. The property is really lovely, particularly the pool area and Hogfish Harry’s Restaurant. We never had issues getting poolside chairs for the four of us. The condo was equipped with everything we needed including chairs and an umbrella for the beach, comfy beds and furniture. There’s a Publix as well as many restaurants within walking distance, not to mention the gorgeous Waterside Shops! 100% will book this property again!

Perfect for a few days in Naples. The apartment is comfortable and has EVERYTHING you need. The complex is really nice, and the hosts and the condominium staff are lovely.

We’ve stayed at PSR several times but this was the first with Josh. He is a great host, the apartment is exactly as described and it’s very private being on the top floor. We will absolutely book this apartment again over others we have stayed in at the same property on lower floors. Very clear check-in instructions and no hassles with our stay at all. Great experience! Josh is clearly an experienced host, he thought of everything. Beautiful, clean, spacious unit, it had everything you needed and more. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, well equipped kitchen (Josh even had some cinnamon for my apple pie a-la-mode)! Comfortable beds, lovely screened-in balcony on the lake, short drive to Clam Pass Beach (pe prepared, form the parking lot you will need to take the shuttle through a mangrove forest – very pretty ride though…)
It’s good to have two bathrooms when you travel with kids. The pool was quite nice, and we liked the restaurant on site – Hogfish Harry’s. We will be back.

Had a death in family and had to reschedule whole trip. Josh and his team did an outstanding job to find another condo in same resort on short notice . Really appreciated all that Josh and his staff did for us.

Great Airbnb! Host and team were very responsive. We couldn’t find an item so they had it shipped overnight along with some new pool floats! The house and pool were very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Naples!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Room was as described, had everything we needed for our stay. Property was very nice. Pool was warm and the grounds were very well kept. Super close to shopping and restaurants and beaches were very close distance to drive to. Already recommended Josh’s Airbnb accommodations to several friends, we enjoyed the location and housing so much! Would definitely stay here again.

I loved Josh’s place and hope to stay there again. It was great to be able to walk to the pool, gym, restaurants, and stores. The condo had tons of amenities and was very clean. I highly recommend!
