Our dedicated home care teams excel in maintaining your property. We perform at least weekly checks to prevent humidity and other common Florida issues, ensuring your home stays in top condition. Our quality control team also manages all contractor and service provider interactions, so you can relax. However, if you have a preferred maintenance team or wish to handle repairs yourself, you’re free to do so, your home, your rules.

Housekeeping
Before and after each stay, our professionally trained housekeeping team performs a thorough cleaning of your property. Our detail specialist then conducts a full inspection, reporting any damage or issues to us immediately.

Linen Program
NO annual fee, Take advantage of our Linen Program with no annual fee. We supply and maintain a full set of sheets, towels, and beach towels for your home, replacing them as needed at no extra cost. If a comforter requires dry cleaning or needs replacement, we’ll handle it and provide you with the receipt at the end of the month. This is the only linen-related expense you’ll incur.
What if I want to remodel or make upgrades?
We’re pleased to connect you with reputable local contractors who will guide you through the process. We’ll provide at least two recommendations to help you compare pricing, but ultimately, it’s your home, your rules, you’re free to choose any contractor you prefer and will be in contact with them during the remodel. We’ll also assist with adjusting reservations if needed and support you
with any third-party updates required.

How we price your home
Your nightly rate is crucial to your listing’s success: set it too high, and you reduce your booking potential; set it too low, and you miss out on maximizing your earnings. At Dream Holiday Stays, we continuously review and adjust pricing, combining technology with hands-on analysis. Our Pricing Coordinator assesses supply and demand, updating rates as needed, especially during slower periods, to keep you ahead of the competition.
Money matters
Getting Paid
Each month, you’ll receive an email with an update on Park Shore Resort and Naples, along with your monthly statement. This will include details of your bookings, any incurred expenses, and relevant invoices or receipts. Payments will be made directly to your nominated bank account. Our management fee is automatically deducted from your net monthly income.
Reserving Your Property
It’s your property, and we impose no restrictions on your personal use. For seamless communication, we recommend setting up WhatsApp. We’ll create a group with you, property manager Josh, and our Booking/Calendar Coordinator to arrange and block dates for your stays. This direct communication ensures your needs are personally met.
